Jewelia is a free puzzle game. It shows ads (Google AdMob) and offers optional in-app purchases (Google Play). The game itself has no account, no server and no analytics of its own. Your progress stays on your device. The ad service collects some device data to show and measure ads, as described below.
Your progress (unlocked levels, stars, scores, coins, boosters, lives, daily reward progress, the settings for sound, music and vibration, which tutorials you have seen, whether you bought "No Ads" or the Starter Pack, and the transaction numbers of your purchases so that a purchase is never counted twice) is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. We do not receive it. You can delete it by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
The game shows ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK: optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for example +3 moves or +1 life) and, from level 20 on, occasional full-screen ads between levels. To serve, measure and protect these ads, Google's SDK collects and shares with Google:
This data is encrypted in transit. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy; see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads).
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent with Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the game's Settings (AD CHOICES).
Purchases are made and paid through Google Play. We never see your payment details. Google Play tells the game which product was bought and gives a transaction number; the game uses it only to add the item to your progress on this device. Google's handling of purchase data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. "No Ads" is restored by Google Play on a new installation with the same Google account.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and is listed for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We do not keep personal data on our own servers, so there is nothing we hold about you to view, correct or delete; your progress can be deleted on your device as described above. For data processed by Google, you can use Google's tools (Google Account, the ad settings on your device). Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11) you may contact us with any request or question at the address below; we will answer within 30 days.

Onay (AEA, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre): yasanın gerektirdiği yerlerde oyun, reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden önce Google'ın onay formuyla izninizi ister; tercihinizi oyunun Ayarlar bölümünden (REKLAM TERCİHLERİ) değiştirebilirsiniz.
Satın almalar Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve ödenir; ödeme bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Google Play oyuna hangi ürünün alındığını ve bir işlem numarasını bildirir; oyun bunu yalnızca ürünü bu cihazdaki ilerlemenize eklemek için kullanır.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca: oyun içinde reklam gösterimi için yukarıda sayılan cihaz verileri, reklam hizmet sağlayıcısı Google tarafından toplanır ve işlenir; bu aktarım yurt dışına (Google'ın sunucularına) yapılır ve reklam onayının gerektiği bölgelerde açık rızaya, diğer durumlarda hizmetin sunulması ve meşru menfaat hukuki sebeplerine dayanır. Kendi sunucumuzda kişisel veri tutmayız. KVKK'nın 11. maddesindeki haklarınız (bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz vb.) için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz; başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
Oyun 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaş ve üzeri için listelenir. 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.
